As the centrepiece of the TUI BLUE Jadran, the The Restaurant offers a hearty breakfast as well as a diverse buffet dinner, and it's equipped with its own bakery. The bakery provides you with freshly baked bread and rolls every morning and evening.
From the outdoor terrace, you can take in the stunning sea panorama while sampling the delicious Croatian and Dalmatian cuisine. Taste the variety of fish and meat dishes, as well as the refined vegetarian and vegan options.
A bar and restaurant in one, Pink Cricket offers an a la carte lunch, a tasty dinner on selected evenings, and delicious cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere.
If you are a true barbecue lover, you won’t want to miss out on our BBQ dinner! For the preparation of food, we use particularly attractive OFYR grills, whose specific shape makes the fish and meat prepared on them mildly smoky and really juicy, while vegetables become caramelized and crispy.

About Chef
Bernard Visković
For the last 25 years our Chef Bernard Visković has been working in the hotel industry and refining his craft. He gained his rich experience working in hotels in Tučepi, where he brought authentic and home-made food and cooking closer to guests in various innovative ways. Throughout his working life, he openly accepts all opportunities and challenges, and then comes to the position of Chef at the hotel TUI BLUE Jadran. He develops his creativity with a well-coordinated team, to which he gladly transfers knowledge and skills. Together with the young Goran Vukovic, who has a rich international experience, he makes a team that creates the most delicious dishes from evening to evening. Guests have the opportunity to see and experience culinary skills that represent not only Dalmatia and Croatia, but also international cuisine.
